AI text has tells
Language models lean on the same handful of words and stock phrases. Readers notice them, and so do detectors.
Paste AI-sounding text, swap the giveaway words for plain synonyms, and run both versions through a real AI detector. No promises, just the score.
Synonym swap · Phrase-aware · Pangram-verified
A rewriting tool that swaps vocabulary, then asks a detector whether it made any difference.
Language models lean on the same handful of words and stock phrases. Readers notice them, and so do detectors.
A Rust engine walks your text, matches words and phrases against a hand-built dictionary, and replaces them at random with plainer synonyms.
Swapping words is easy. Knowing whether it worked is the hard part, so both versions go to Pangram and you see the numbers side by side.
The dictionary targets the vocabulary detectors and readers flag most often, plus hundreds of everyday words so the rewrite doesn't only touch the obvious ones.

Most humanizers stop at the rewrite. This one keeps going until you have a number you can trust.
Stock phrases are replaced as a whole, so the sentence still reads naturally.
Hover any highlighted word to see what it replaced. Nothing changes silently.
Pangram scores the original and the rewrite so you can see the real effect.
It is small, honest, and fast. It shows you what changed and lets the detector do the judging.
Matches the longest phrase first — "it is important to note that" is swapped as a unit, never word by word.
Protected idioms like "makes sense" or "at least" are never broken apart into nonsense.
Sentence-start capitals and ALL CAPS survive the swap. Punctuation and spacing are untouched.
"a crucial step" becomes "an essential step", not "a essential step".
Every rewrite has a seed. Re-roll for a new variant, or share the seed to reproduce one exactly.
The swap engine is a Rust Cloudflare Worker compiled to WebAssembly. It rewrites 10k characters in milliseconds.
Four steps, a few seconds, one honest score.
Drop in anything up to 10,000 characters: an essay, a cover letter, product copy.
Low keeps most of your wording. High swaps nearly every word the dictionary knows.
The Rust worker swaps words and phrases for synonyms and highlights every change.
Both versions go to the Pangram detector so you can compare before and after.
The short answers.
Sometimes, often not. Modern detectors like Pangram look at much more than vocabulary, and they flag "humanized" text on purpose. That is why every rewrite here is checked against the real detector instead of promising a result.
The Check buttons send your text to the Pangram API from our server and show the raw result: AI, AI-assisted, and human fractions, plus whether Pangram thinks the text was humanized.
No. The rewrite happens in memory inside a Cloudflare Worker. Verification sends the text to Pangram for scoring and nothing is kept on our side.
It is the simplest transform that is easy to inspect. Every change is highlighted and reversible, so you can keep the swaps you like and drop the rest.
